  2. Enter Your Thought: Write that exact thought into the text box above. Be honest and specific for the best results.
  3. Shift Your Perspective: Click the "Shift My Mindset" button. Our AI will analyze the belief and generate alternative viewpoints and questions.
  4. Reflect and Internalize: Read the new perspectives. Which one resonates most? How does it feel to consider this new angle? The goal is to create a crack in the certainty of the old belief.
